Adam Mather

Spending his younger years bar tending in Auckland's fledgling cocktail scene, Adam has developed a sharp palate and an intuitive love for creating fine beverages. Expanding his repertoire to include espresso coffee, Adam has found many parallels between cocktail bar tending and being a barista. He has a great appreciation for the simple pleasure of a well prepared beverage and is an avid believer in the importance of sharing the knowledge and skills he has developed in producing a great taste and experience in the cup.

 

With this passion, Adam has experience in developing and facilitating training programs for various venues and hospitality groups. Adam's extensive hospitality experience has included Marketing and Promotions, Interior Decor Design as well as Food and Beverage Menu development. He has also previously been a Human Resource Manager for a hospitality conglomerate in which he has developed knowledge and skills in developing workplace systems analysis as well Human Resource Management systems and tools.
